Many broken links, poor design, confusing navigation, and slow loading. Content is shallow "brochureware" and does not offer much to the visitor. Not recommended.

Getting better! Design is good and navigation is easy. These sites offer content which is interesting and worth a visit or two for specific information. You probably would not "bookmark", add to "favorite places" or return often, but you might print a few pages for future reference.
